Ms. Nefulda practices primarily in the fields of torts and personal injury, governmental liability and public entity defense, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, construction litigation, employment, environmental and toxic torts.  Ms. Nefulda has represented public entities in premises liability matters as well as torts and personal injury cases.  She has represented general contractors, subcontractors and property owners in construction litigation, including issues involving subrogation and indemnification.

Ms. Nefulda has experience representing professionals including collection agencies and debt collection firms in actions involving claims of unlawful collection practices, violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), California's Rosenthal Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the California Business and Professions Code.
