Mr. De Vera litigates and advises clients in a broad range of fields including business litigation, constitutional and civil rights, construction litigation, employment litigation and discrimination, general tort liability, governmental liability and public entity defense, insurance defense and bad faith claims, premises liability, and products liability. In these areas, Mr. De Vera has litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts.

In law school, Mr. De Vera externed for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall in United States Distict Court, Central District of California and externed for the United States Attorney's Office, Central District of California.
