Mr. Kaminski has authored and co-authored articles on such diverse topics as Products Liability Law, Civil Procedure, Environmental Liability and Insurance Law. He has lectured on numerous continuing education panels and seminars from 1995-2005 and has been a perennial panelist on the Los Angeles County Bar Associan's Continuing Education of the Bar-Recent Updates in Torts seminars.
