Mr. Kaminski has authored and co-authored articles on such diverse topics as Products Liability Law, Civil Procedure, Environmental Liability and Insurance Law. He has lectured on such topics as the TCPA, the FDCPA, the FCRA, trends in consumer litigation, risk management issues and other related topics for the California Association of Collectors and its chapters, the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), and the California Creditors Bar Association. Mr Kaminski has also been a long time lecturer for the California Continuing Education of the Bar regarding the current state of law in civil litigation.
