Our practice emphasizes civil litigation before all state and federal courts. We have tried cases throughout the United States. Much of our work involves defense of the integrity of products or persons and many of our cases are litigated through trial.
We have developed sophisticated systems for computerizing documents and other data for complex litigation. We have access to experts of national reputation in many fields and we are experienced in the production of videotape evidence, trial graphics and other innovative trial techniques.
While clients continue to experience tremendous economic pressure in an ever-increasing competitive economy, the costs of litigating cases is a factor which needs to be controlled in an effective manner. The recognized need of cost-containment requires trial counsel to find creative ways to reduce the costs of discovery, trial preparation and trial. It is our goal to effectively use technology to better manage the huge amount of information that is involved in these lawsuits and to bring cases to trial earlier and more cost effectively.
